How long does production take?
It depends on the size of your order and the fabric of your choice. Production time includes fabric procurement, delivery and production. Most Made to Order pillows ship within approximately 3–4 weeks.
Can I order different sizes?
Yes. Most fabrics are available in multiple square and lumbar sizes.
Are fabric samples available?
Yes! We highly encourage ordering samples before placing an order. That way you can ensure the colors and fabric textures work perfectly in your unique space.
Some pillows come with inserts and some are an additional option. Reach out to us if you need an option that isn's listed.
Yes! We can help design additional items for you through our design services. Please contact us for more information about your project.
Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns or exchanges. We do offer swatches and design assistance to help you with your purchases. Please do reach out if you have any problems with your order.
